All of our extenders are calibrated and inspected prior to packaging. They are guaranteed for life against any manufacturing defects. If your extender is in any way damaged upon receipt or gets damaged during usage, please contact our support department for immediate assistance.

Terms and conditions to the return policy
In order to qualify for the x4 guarantee, the extender must be used for the minimum 180 day trial period. By doing so, the user has ample time to see results. If you do not see gains following the 180 day trial period, we will gladly refund your money. All units have a one week grace period for returns. Units returned after this period may be refused.
In the unlikely event of a return. After the initial trial period, the following is required:
- The customer’s full name, his address and order ID number.
- The used X4 Extender kit with all the spare parts.
- A signed refund form attached to the instructional booklet.
